Where can I see the different headband styles modeled?

How can I access the "Subscribers Only" section?
When you sign up for my newsletter, you will receive an email that contains the password needed to access this section. If you would like to subscribe, you can do so here.
I am trying to access the "Subscribers Only" section, but the password isn't working - help?
Make sure you are typing in the password you received in the newsletter accurately. Your browser may try to autofill your personal password for your account, which is not the same thing.
How do I wash my headbands?
All headbands can be washed in the machine and hung to dry.
Are the headbands stretchy?
The scarf tie headbands are not stretchy as they are made with woven fabric. All of the other headbands are stretchy and made with knit.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, you can find them here. They are available in increments of $25 and can be purchased for yourself or sent as a gift.
When is your next restock?
Headband restocks can always be found at the banner at the top of the website, in addition to my Instagram profile bio.
Can I pre-order?
Generally preorders are done to determine the demand for something you are newly introducing to decide how much fabric to order. Due to the fact that headband fabrics are purchased in advance of the launch, preorders are not necessary and would essentially be the same as a launch due to the limited amount of fabric purchased.
Do you do custom orders?
Due to the high demand and number of orders, I am unable to accommodate custom fabric orders. If you need need a headband to be larger or smaller, use the measuring tips I have shared on IGTV to get your size and include this in your order notes.

I was inputting my CC information and by the time I was done, the item was sold out. What happened?
I know how much of a pain this is. During the launch there are usually an abundance of people trying to purchase a limited number of items. Due to this, if someone else checks out quicker than you, the item is removed from your cart. I know this seems like an inconvenience for you, but it is set up to ensure a limited item isn't oversold, which would be an even bigger headache.
I have been trying to order a headband from your for months and everything sells out before I can get to the site. What do you recommend I do?
I appreciate your patience as I work through some growing pains with my business. Each headband is handmade and I have been struggling to find the correct quantity that will enable everyone who wants to get a headband, the ability to get one. I promise they are worth the wait and appreciate your effort to order one. Until then, I do have some tips on how to make it easier. Use Apple Pay if possible, if not you can also use Google Pay or Amazon Pay. They allow you to expedite the check out process by already having your payment and shipping details stored. If none of these are an option for you, create an account on my website. Make a list of the headbands you want prior to launch. Set a timer 10 minutes before launch and make sure you're ready to shop at the time of launch. You can also add your favorite headbands to a wishlist to make shopping faster.
How much are your headbands?
Adult headbands are $15 each. Kids/baby headbands are $14.
How can I pay?
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal and credit card.
Do you accept returns?
Returns and exchanges are considered on a case by case basis. No returns and exchanges on Bizzyboxes. Please contact me directly at email@example.com with your order number and full name to discuss. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item regardless of when you took the item out of its packaging.
Do you ship to (insert country name)?
I ship everywhere you are willing to pay the shipping to! I have several shipping profiles set up on my website, but unless someone has already purchased from that particular country, the profile is not set up and therefore it won't let you select it at checkout. So if you live internationally, shoot me an email to double check that your country will be available to select BEFORE launch.
When will my purchase ship?
Please check your email for the Confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you click on "View your order" it will take you to a page where you can view the tracking and estimated arrival date of your purchase.
How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped First Class Mail via USPS. Once your order is dropped off to the Post Office, I no longer have control of what happens to it. If you have an issue with your package, or the delivery of your package, please contact your LOCAL United States Postal Service office.
I placed multiple orders, could you combine them and refund the shipping?
I am no longer able to accommodate combining orders due to the high volume of orders and the amount of time it takes to sort through them to combine.
How can I track my order?
In your confirmation email, click on the "View Your Order" button. Once your order has shipped, the tracking information will appear on that page.
My order says it was delivered - but I don't have it. What should I do?
Contact your local post office. They have greater tracking abilities than I do and can usually help locate your package!
What is a BizzyBox?
BizzyBoxes are the seasonal Bizzybcrafts Subscription Box. They are the perfect way to guarantee you'll get your hands on exclusive Bizzybcrafts headbands each season. Each box contains either two or three headbands (standard vs deluxe box) and an additional gift selected especially for Bizzyb customers.
Can I buy just one of the headbands from the box?
The prints included in BizzyBoxes are exclusive to the subscription and are only available through a subscription box purchase.
What if I don't like the prints included?
The nature of subscription boxes is that they are a surprise! If you are not the type of person who likes surprises, these boxes may not be for you. Each fabric is very thoughtfully selected, but it is impossible to please everybody.
How do I order a box, it says they are sold out online?
BizzyBoxes are available to purchase one month before their ship date. Each season's box will be shipped on the 5th the month of that season (i.e. winter box ships December 5th, spring on March 5th), so they are available to purchase on the 5th of the month before (i.e. the spring box would be available to purchase on February 5th).
Are the boxes reoccurring or a one time charge?
Boxes are available as a one time purchase or with the option to subscribe for recurring boxes. If you select the recurring option, you will be charged at the time of purchase for that season's box, and then 3 months later for the next box until you choose to cancel.
When will I receive my box?
BizzyBoxes ship according to the following schedule:
Spring Box: March 5th
Summer Box: June 5th
Fall Box: September 5th
Winter Box: December 5th
You should receive a shipping notification by email and can use the tracking link to track your BizzyBox.
Can I request special sizes for headbands in the box?
If you would like to receive baby/toddler/child size headbands, or need a special size for an adult, please make a note of that when you check out. By default, BizzyBox headbands are the standard adult sizes.
